Continuous Improvement One of the most important available systems in the company is Continuous Improvement System. It includes Senior Managers of the company as fixed members, and Middle-level Managers and Foremen as the un-fixed members. It is worth noticing that over one hundred Improvement Projects have been implemented in the company which as a result have had a great share in increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving technical knowledge of the company. Some of these projects have even been a target of interest for foreign companies. |
